Our lambs graze on the rich and fertile pastures of New Zealand’s coastline, which is what gives Coastal Lamb its unique mild, sweet flavour and tender, succulent texture.
Our farms are located on the East and West Coasts of New Zealand, where the salt-laden winds continually dust our herb filled pastures. It is the perfect place to produce food - and that is what our families have been doing since early last century.
